How do we choose a Platform plan?
Start with how many leads you want your team to work each month, new or aged. We’ll look at your volume and your callers’ capacity with you during the demo.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. Booking-Bot is month to month, with no setup fees.
Do AI-booked appointments cost extra on Platform?
No. Everything the AI does is included in your Platform subscription, even the appointments it books. Only optional human backup has success fees.
Are Booking-Bot’s callers included in Platform?
No. Platform is for your callers, backed by AI. You can add our callers as optional backup, paid per success, or have them work a list for you through Managed.
Can we use Platform for aged leads?
Yes. Your monthly leads can be new, aged or a mix. Aged leads usually produce fewer appointments per lead, though, so for a large aged list we suggest Managed: your callers stay on new inquiries, ours work the older list, and you pay per success rather than per lead.
What help do we get with setup?
We connect your lead sources, CRM and calendar, set up the AI conversations and get your team ready to work the queue. We’ll confirm the connections for your tools during the demo.
